mission unaccomplish

did not get to swim 10 laps.cause i had other missions to take care of Y.Y i know that's not the excuse.but i would try to swim as soon as possible.and for as long as possible.and as much as possible.

today i had egg sandwhich,a packet of Milo,2 cream crackers,half bowl or rice,tauhu,steam meat,bowl of soup and some oranges and apples.and i am hungry now Y.Y but i am bertahaning cause it's past 12 di.

went for aerobics that day and i gave my all cause it was the last lesson that i've paid.next week have to pay again hehe.but i think it's worth it.RM20 for 4 lessons :)

and i've received some encouragement in the form of praises from Ms Jeannie and Dr Priya and Ms Anne haha.they all said i've lost weight.though i don't think i did.wouldn't know cause i forgot to weight myself when i went and play squash with pat last friday.too excited abt going for the steam bath after the game.haha.

it was nice to sit down and talk to Gim Soon and Jasmine about loosing weight.and they gave me ideas and ways.and Gim Soon became my biggest inspiration when he showed me an old photo of him.HAHA.nothing is impossible.but the key is to have determination and motivation.

write it down

following Joman's advice,i shall write it down.well he doesn't know that i am kinda documenting this..haha documenting..but i guess no one knows.which is good.i would like to keep it that way :)

less carbs,more proteins and not more than half bowl or rice.no chocs or ice cream,no instant noodles and junk food.try to avoid fizzy drinks and fried food.we have to part for the moment.

today i had brunch.the American breakfast.one piece of toast,baked beans,egg,and 2 sausages.then nothing till dinner time,which was half bowl of rice,otah-otah (yums),3 pieces of fish and cabbages cooked with egg.and a glass of Milo ice.*slurps*

played squash with Pat.really needed that Squash session.we played a game.and of course i lose.but i don't mind.cause it's just for me to run around and have fun.feel satisfied when i sweat.then took a short shower,then went for steam bath.ahhh so comforting and relaxing.for that brief moment of 10 minutes.

then i'm out of it,check my reflection in the mirror.and i have naturally blushing cheeks.glowing radiantly.so nice!looks healthy too,but only for a short moment of time.haha.

standing at 53

i've been lying to everyone.i'm actually 54kg.but i tell everyone i'm 52kg.cause well 52kg sounds better than 54kg.just like how 154cm sounds better than 152cm.but then again,i'm not entirely lying,cause my weight fluctuates from 51-54kg.and today it's at 53kg.

wanted to go swimming today..but it poured heavily..and i forgot to take my sport shoes..so instead i went sauna HAHA no one was in the sauna..and i get to prance around naked..okay jus kidding..of course i did not do that HAHA..i did crunches in the sauna cause i was bored huhu..then came home and do 30 mins of aerobics and stuff.

i had chicken chop rice with salad and baked beans for lunch.then rice,vege,salmon fish and soup for dinner.huhu and no snacks in between today.i've stop counting calories.HAHA.malas.but i watch what i eat.and of course,no siew pao for me.

and huhu i told Jacq abt my plans and all..and she made a pact to go swimming with me every week.and my first target would be 10 laps.it would be someday next week.

looking forward to tmrw's aerobics class :)

dance just dance

if i start eating in a way that i can count the calories, which means i KNOW the calories to each food intake,then mayb i can have a control over my calories intake.then again i'm not obsess with it.so it's more of a rough estimation.

my calorie intake without exercise should be 1622 (i think), and i took abt 1544 today haha.

but i did went for dance aerobics..and it was fun!it was not as heavy as last week,but it was good workout.am thinking of mayb a swim this week.cause pat can't make it for squash.hmm we'll see.

must-do-everyday!

breakfast: banana pie
lunch: fried meehoon and fried egg.
dinner: rice,vege,fish,fried brinjal with meat (the young tau foo type) and soup.

played squash with Patricia..and cause we didn't play game and played for an hour or so, it wasn't really a hardcore workout.but i'm glad i went cause i got to sweat and it IS exercise.the beginning of many squash sessions to come.even better still,i get to spend time and catch up with Pat :) hopefully this can be a weekly routine!cause i really had fun playing squash!

and came home, cool myself down by doing those stretching exercises.i shall give a name to it.how abt must-do-everyday exercise?haha

Singoalla biscuits

counting calories is not as easy as i thought it was.

today i had a few yummy biscuits.Singoalla biscuits from ikea.for erm a snacky breakfast?then i had nasi lemak chicken rendang for lunch *gulp* nothing in between then it was rice,chicken,vege,soup,apples and oranges.and just now an egg tart.

did not count calories, but last night before i sleep i did some crunches,thigh exercises and my arms hehe.and tmrw i'm going for a game of squash with pat.ah finally!

start all over

after a year and so what have i learnt?

i've learnt that i'm now 52-54kg.-_-" Motivation and Emotion subject is over and done with.and tee hee i did get an A for that subject :) but besides learning that i've put on weight,i've learnt how to do it better this time round.

First off, i've started Dance Aerobic classes.the fact that i paid for it means i would go for it every week,which means i would exercise at least once a week.and because it is fun.and not gay at all to do dance aerobics,i might do it by myself at home on alternate days.but not today,cause i'm still sore from yesterday.yes i am very unfit i know.

Secondly, i'm doing this not only because i have to, it's because i want to. i'm going to be 21 this year and i think i owe it to myself to be healthy and fit at 21.i strongly believe that i do have an hourglass figure,it's just that accumulation of a tummy made the figure not-so-appealing. i shall not waste what my dad,mum and God has given me.and also, to be healthy.if i keep putting on weight,how would i look like when i start working?how would i look like when i start having my own babies?and also stamina.i want to go jungle trekking!

Thirdly, my clothes are beginning to feel tight around the shoulder and upper arm,esp the sleeves.and yes i am aware that my upper arms are getting flabbier and flabbier by the day. in times of recession like this,it is only wise to cut down on food and start exercising,instead of buying new clothes to fit my body. and i always want to maximies the usage of what i pay for.be it printed useless journals or textbooks.so the same shall it be with my clothes.i paid full price for them, so i shall look my best in it.and that explains this effort to loose weight.

Lastly, i've started counting calories. I am only allowed an intake of 1622 calories per day. of course i'll try to not exceed 1500 everyday, though i think that's impossible cause most of the food or drinks have calories and i doubt they are accurate.

that's all for today.would update about my calorie intake tomorrow!
