day 16

how long more before this assignment ends?i cannot tahan to see group 1 finish already..yes the kiasuness in me wants to fast fast do slides and present...

i also dun want to feel guilty anymore for not exercising while others out there are doing crunches sit-ups and whatnots

skipped breakfast..had Kenny Rogers for lunch *burp* and normal dinner lor..blub blub blub

i got shot down by "lack of social intelligence" just cause i took ONE skittles to eat *sob sob* give me a break man..

day 15-what??

oh gosh..this is bad...it's like day 15 (i think) and i've not written anything for the past week..

that's cause i've NOT exercise at all..hahahahah

and i ate like there's not tmrw..weeheeehee

no it's cause i fall sick..and got moody bf left me for a dog i had to eat breakfast lunch and dinner because i have to take medicine..

and i didn't exercise at all..

good news is..ben joked that i lost weight..my measurements (some of it) did reduced...and my weight is constant-despite the two buffet dinners and one wedding dinner

day 5 & 6

weeeeeeee Surin asked IF i have LOST weight hmmmmm is it because of the loose jeans and not tight enough shirt?*shrug*

but the truth is i have not been exercising..yesterday and today..cause sat and sun mar..who WORKs out on weekends?-_-"

as for my diet..i gave up on trying to control the intake of carbs..cause everything in this world,or at least in my eating world is carbs carbs AND carbs *arghhhhh*

so yup tmrw we're taking our weight and measurements again..and we'll know if i really did lose weight..i doubt it man HAHA

day 4-come on...

diet
skipped breakfast again!had chicken fried rice and hot milo..yummy Milo =D but it was too sweet for me though...met up with ben,dme,mike,nirms and her bro..had some food in Carls Jr..i had fries and soft drinks =( then dinner was normal rice,vege,chicken and soup

exercise
i went jogging..and had a good time laughing and chasing catching up with praps on the jogging trail =p real tired though...

sigh..how many more days left =/

day 2-exer what?

today we had our measurements taken and weight measured..we will get our readings tmrw..but i roughly know mine..am i confident enough to share with you?hmmmph it was real fun getting ourselves weighted and Ms Grace did the measurements for rachel and rachel did the measurements for all of us =D

diet
it is so hard to eat breakfast or lunch without taking carbs...cause everything in the cafeteria is carbs Carbs AND CARBS *arghhhhh* no more the usual sandwhiches whether egg or not -_-" roti canai or goreng..or nasi lemak *sob sob* guess what i had for breakfast??

then there was limited time for lunch and so..peeps is chee cheong fun carbs?i only take one slice of the chee cheong fun k..usually i go for two!and i took vege and nisha was behind me cheering me on "yay! vege!"
and then i had Milo before i nap in the afternoon
i was saving carbs to be taken for dinner =) and so i had half plate of nyonya fried rice and lots anf lots of..how do you spell it?tauhu or taufoo?well yea i had lots of it..and someone told me it is good for health tee hee =p as i eat,i think of how much minyi hates it haha and i drank carrot juice...with no milk of course!

and and i walked around in Pyramid with minyi today..so yea..i would do one hour tmrw to compensate for today la ish!

day 1-what a start!

goals
to be determine tmrw as we would take our weight and measurements down,but i kinda already have an idea..so yea..tmrw =p

diet
skipped breakfast cause i was rushing to college (again) i talked oo much with chikiru -_-"
lunch was at Pancake House,Pyramid..i think i went overboard on carbs and stuff..i had iced lemon tea,one bowl of soup,spagetthi and sandwhiches and a quarter of a caramel banana (fruits!) walnut pancake.i know this is a bad start but haha i can't help it...out with friends..but but i refuse to eat the swiss chocolate candies from dme and a tiramisu candy from minyi..so gimme some stars!=D
and then i had some rice,meat,brocolli and ABC soup for dinner.
and i think i'm hungry now =(

exercise
i thought i was gonna die out there..at one point,i actually felt my legs giving way and my heart popping out..went jogging around the field near my house and as i jogged i looked around the jogging trail at the others who are there...and try to think what motivates them..well,it's not very motivating when everyone keeps cutting you -_-"

the older men and women..whom i'll call the "oldies"..their reason for jogging as though their life depends on it..is probably cause they're life really depends on it..good health=long life=seeing children/grandchildren getting married

the younger ones..whom i'll call the hotguns..so fired up..running as though they're training for something..mayb a hobby?what's on their mind?"i so want to impress that hot chic in school!"

me?mind says "die die..cannot cannot..how come praps catching up with me??" (after 5 mins)...."oh no..the assignment must be some sick joke..oh my goodness!the old woman passed me AGAIN!" (after 15 mins) "come cassie run!run cassie you can do it..." (after 20 mins) "must get married by 25..must get married by 25" (after 23 mins) *looks at watch* "yes!18:17 exactly 30 mins di..can go home..wee can go home!!!"

ppl start off being "gung-ho" and all...look at me..LOOK AT ME..*sob sob*

at the beginning...

there was hope and there were goals...to be slim and hot and win over all the guys..the guys in the uni,church,old school frens,neighbours,passer-bys,strangers.


just kidding -_-"

and so for Motivation and Emotion assignment,everybody in the Weight Management Project has to go through a month of stirct diet and regular exercise.I guess it's a chance for us to know how people who go through weight management programme whether London or not feels,their will to achieve their goals,their struggle againts temptation and most importantly their motivation and emotion (haha so promotingish)

so the diet is no fast food,no junk food,no fried stuff,less carbs,no snacking and no food after 10pm =(
exercise would begin with 30 mins everday for the first week followed by 1 hour everyday the following 3 weeks.

this will last for a month and we will take our weight and measurements every Monday for a month.

and so the quest starts today and would officially end on 4th of Feb.,.suppose to end on 9th of Feb,but but but CNY is on 7th and 8th..yup =p

i decided to start this blog..to keep you posted haha
