Cycling downhill

swimming on Friday was different.i felt like i could swim forever.and i just kept going on and on.i wish i could swim forever.cause when you're in the water,nothing matters :)

went cycling at Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam with bro john,jolene,ravin and joash on Saturday.it was fun.at first i shriek all the way while going downhill..but later i found the fun in it..haha better than going uphill -_-" and my butt muscles still hurt...hope to go back and cycle again there one day!

the only time you can be so happy when things are going downhill is when you are cycling!

it's the Climb

went and climb Gasing Hill last Saturday with bro john,joe and joash. it was great exercise..i really enjoy trekking..haha Gasing Hill made FRIM looked like a playground. it was tough..but i just kept going and before you know it, it's over.HAHA.

went swimming today.kinda hard to do 20 laps without Jacq to encoruage me.but i did it.and steam bath was awesome *thumbs up*

it's getting tougher to lose weight.i wonder if it's cause i've hit the plataeu or whatever they call it.would not give up.

standing at 51kg!

went swimming today.by myself.i took 40 minutes to do 20 laps.went swimming though i had dance aerobics yesterday...cause i felt that yesterday's aerobics was not enough..

then after swimming and 20 mins of steam bath..i went down to the gym to get my weight measurement...i was hoping for it to remain at 51.5 kg..but boy oh boy was i surprised when the needle points at 51kg =)

i hope i hit my target soon!

standing at 51.5kg

not much difference from last week..i guess it's cause i was slacking a lil in my routine exercise and also i didn't go aerobics this week.huhu my first time skipping it.AND i've been snacking a lil again.i had chocolates Y.Y.i hope to regain my momentum.

went swimming with Jacq today..she is such an encouragement..at first she pushed me to do 15 laps...and she was keeping count for me..then suddenly she told me 15 1/2 laps di..well,i hate to leave things hanging..the closest nice number would be 20..so i swam till i hit 20 laps :)

got a lil darker.since we swam from 2.30 till 4p.m. but it felt great.it was worth it!

standing at 52kg

oh my gosh..hehe after swimming and steam bath today..i went down to the gym to weight myself.i saw a potential cute guy..but i didn't check him out.cause i was too excited to find out about my current weight..that i practically ran to the weighing machine -_-"

and i saw the scale and didn't believe it..so i step down,calm myself down,and step back up on it again.and yes i'm actually really 52kg.and i walked out of there with a wide smile across my face.

today i tried backstroke..kinda tiring..but i think it works for my arms.i hope i never give up on this.and that the weight i lost is not just water weight.-_-"
