at the beginning...

there was hope and there were goals...to be slim and hot and win over all the guys..the guys in the uni,church,old school frens,neighbours,passer-bys,strangers.


just kidding -_-"

and so for Motivation and Emotion assignment,everybody in the Weight Management Project has to go through a month of stirct diet and regular exercise.I guess it's a chance for us to know how people who go through weight management programme whether London or not feels,their will to achieve their goals,their struggle againts temptation and most importantly their motivation and emotion (haha so promotingish)

so the diet is no fast food,no junk food,no fried stuff,less carbs,no snacking and no food after 10pm =(
exercise would begin with 30 mins everday for the first week followed by 1 hour everyday the following 3 weeks.

this will last for a month and we will take our weight and measurements every Monday for a month.

and so the quest starts today and would officially end on 4th of Feb.,.suppose to end on 9th of Feb,but but but CNY is on 7th and 8th..yup =p

i decided to start this blog..to keep you posted haha
